Dear Friends,
When we, at the Playpen team embarked
on a journey of creating pre school and allied services, quality was uppermost
on our minds. The “product” in terms of the curriculum and the service to our franchisees,
students and their parents had to achieve standards of quality that would be
recognized and respected throughout the world. Our mission was to
develop quality management systems that complied with international standards.
I am pleased to announce that we have taken
the first step towards making this happen
- Playpen Education LLP. is now an ISO9001:2008 Company. We have set the bar high for ourselves to work
continuously towards enhancing our performance,
and to partner with like minded people to achieve sustained success.
Getting
the ISO 9001:2008 certification was important to us because we wished to develop
a systemic
orientation in the Company that would ensure that we never comprised quality. In the
course of preparation to be assessed for meeting quality standards, we put
place the right policies, procedures, documentation, technologies, resources and
structures so that we may consistently achieve high standards of quality.
I would like to congratulate and thank the Playpen team members for their
tireless support and endless hours of work to help make Playpen Education LLP
an ISO certified Company. None the less our work on improvement of our Standard
Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Business Management Systems shall continue as
hither to fore.
